Wesley Steven Clark, age 67, died on Saturday, July 25, 2020 at 12:53p.m. Steve was born in Birmingham, AL on August 23, 1952, to parents Ransom and Sally Clark who preceded him in death. Steve is survived by his wife of 20 years, Edna Clark, his brother Billy Clark and his nephew Jesse Clark. Steve is also survived by his stepson Tobias Kicker and stepdaughter Tabitha Pendleton (Cullen). Steve was a step grandfather to five children Carys, Helen, Walker, Georgia and Skyler whom he loved and was so proud to be their grandfather. Steve was a hardworking, honest, trustworthy, and all-around good man. Steve retired from ACIPCO after 30 years of service. Steve enjoyed his retirement with his wife and lived a simple, quiet life in Trussville, AL. The family thanks the physicians and critical care nurses at Grandview Medical Center. Steve Suffered an abdominal aneurysm on Thursday, July 23, 2020, had emergency surgery but was unable to survive. The entire family was saddened and shocked by his sudden passing. Steve was a Baptist and a Christian and will meet all of us again in Heaven. The visitation will be July 31, 2020, at 1:30pm at Jefferson Memorial Funeral Home and a service will follow at 2:00pm. Burial will follow at Jefferson Memorial Gardens East.
