Thada Duncan

Thada L. Duncan, age 89, of Birmingham passed away October 1, 2019. She was a nurse for over 50 years and a member of Parkway Christian. She was preceded in death by her husband George F. Duncan, daughter Gwen Duncan, parents Luther and Ella Lyons, sister Buella Lyon (Dwight). She is survived by her daughter Olivia Lynn Mize, son George Duncan (Linda), sisters Joyce Acker (John), Christine “Chris” Walker (Danny), grandchildren Jason and Alex, great granddaughter Skyler, numerous nieces and nephews. In lieu of flowers donations maybe made to the American Alzheimer's Association.  Services will be held at a later date.
