Sharon Haley

On December 11, 2021, Sharon Elizabeth Higgins Haley of Hayden, Alabama passed away at her home in Hayden at the age of 75.
She was born on August 3, 1946, in Bordelonville, Louisiana. She is survived by her sister Shirley Foster; her sons Michael Laborde of Rockwall, Texas, and Jimmy Laborde of Warrior, Alabama; her six grandchildren Erica Laborde, Mary Grace Laborde, Ryan Laborde, Olivia Laborde, Jacob Laborde, and Emma Laborde; and her dog, Blue.
She is preceded in death by her parents Walter and Christine Higgins (née Bordelon) and her husband, Richard Haley.
Sharon was a parishioner at St. Henry’s Catholic Church in Warrior, worked as a lab technician for Dr. Bruce Pava for many years, and fostered Boston Terriers.
A funeral service in memory of Sharon will be held on December 17, 2021 at 2:00 at Jefferson Memorial Gardens in Trussville, Alabama.
