Linda Roberts

Linda Payne Roberts, of Springville, age 74 went to be with her Lord and Savior on March 2m 2020. She graduated high school from Hewitt Trussville in 1964 and from Jefferson State with a degree in Economics and Finance. She was a loving wife, mother, sister, mother-in-law and Nana. Linda retired from banking and loved attending church, reading, traveling and spending time with her family. She was preceded in death by her parents, James Homer Payne and Julia Estelle Payne. She is survived by her husband of 55 years, James Carl Roberts; daughters, Dawn Roberts Brasher (Chris), Carlina Roberts Jett (Darryl) and Larissa Roberts Duran (Joey); brother, Walter Richard Payne; grandchildren, Jennifer Brasher, Andrew Brasher, Kimberly Jett, Christine Jett, Seth Jones, Lanie Jones, Sophia Duran and Daniel Duran. Services will be on Friday, March 6, 2020 at 10 AM at Jefferson Memorial Funeral Home. Visitation will be an hour prior to services. The burial will follow at Jefferson Memorial Gardens East.
