John Teal

John Daniel Teal, Jr. was born June 23, 1962.  He passed away suddenly on Monday, February 15, 2021.  John attended Huffman High School and Samford University.  John was a huge Alabama Football fan and never missed a game.

John was preceded in death by his parents John Daniel and Estelle and infant sister Mary Sue.  He leaves to mourn his loving wife of 18 years NaTarshia M. Teal, his sister Polly Teal (James) Shields, a step-son Justin (LaDonnik) McGhee, nephew Jamie (Crystal) Shields, brothers-in-law Willie McGhee III, Obadiah McGhee, sisters-in-law LaKieshia McGhee and Karin (Eddie) Cottingham, step-granddaughter Naomi McGhee, nieces and a nephew.  He also leaves to mourn two dear friends Stacy Self and Rhonda S. Whitfield and his beloved dog Leo.

Burial will take place at Jefferson Memorial Gardens East.  Visitation will be Friday, February 19th at 10:00 am with graveside service to follow at 11:00 am.
