Janice Oden

Janice Eileen Oden, born July 24, 1941, passed away Tuesday, August 18, 2020. She is survived by loving husband Wilson M. Oden (Sonny), daughter Leslie Bowen (Ed), son Hunter Oden (Sole), sisters Beverly Crumpton (Jack), Doris Cox, sister-in-laws Linda Griffis and Diane Bell, grandson Brian Bowen (Jennifer), two great-grandchildren Carson and Ava Bowen, and many nieces and nephews. Janice was preceded in death by her parents Jack and Polly Morton and grandson Scott Bowen. Janice was a loving wife, mother, sister, grandmother, aunt and friend. She will always be remembered as a great listener who had time for everyone. Janice’s visitation will be 12-1 P.M Saturday, August 22, 2020 in the chapel at Jefferson Memorial Gardens in Trussville and a graveside service will follow in the cemetery.
