Donald G. Ingram

Donald Don G. Ingram, age 77, of Chelsea, AL soared into the arms of his Lord and Savior Jesus Christ on Friday, November 20, 2020. Don was the rock of his family with a quick, dry wit and a nickname for everyone. For many years he enjoyed his work in the HVAC business. As owner of his business he loved to help people and made sure that their needs were met even if they had financial limitations. He was a wise, devoted man of integrity. He was a sweet husband, precious father, grandfather and great grandfather. He was a good neighbor, who always looked out for others. He is forever loved and deeply missed by all who were blessed to know him. Don was preceded in death by his father, Troy L. Ingram, mother, Mary L. Ingram and his sister, Mary Sue Kendrick. Don is survived by his loving wife, Sue Ingram; his daughters, Christy Parks (Jamie) and Amy Holmes (Mike); his granddaughters, Kiley Falkner (Brandon) and Mallory Benton (Tyler); a great grandson, Cade Falkner; his brothers, Sammy Ingram (Lois), Frank Ingram. He also leaves behind many beloved nieces and nephews. The funeral for Don will be at Jefferson Memorial Chapel on Tuesday, November 24th at 12:00 p.m. Visitation will be held one hour prior. Entombment will follow in Jefferson Memorial Gardens adjoining cemetery in the Ten Commandments' Mausoleum.
