Cynthia Pannell

October 17, 1960 — February 12, 2021

Cynthia “Cindi” Goodwin Pannell of Chalkville, Alabama returned to be with her Heavenly Father on Friday, February 12, 2021. Welcoming Cindi into heaven are her father Aaron Goodwin, mother Carol Crutchfield, and her brother Greg Goodwin. She is survived by her children Haili (Jack) King and Raegan Griffith, grandson Jack King IV (Jack Jack), siblings Randy (Laurie) Goodwin, Lundi (Richard) Alderson, Pat Goodwin, Kristi (John) Dorris, Joni (Brad) Bartlet, Pam (Pat) Klinker, and numerous nieces, nephews and friends. Cindi graduated from Hewitt High School in 1979. She was the owner of Castle Keepers for 20 years and was adored by all of her customers. She enjoyed being at the beach, gardening, and spending time with her family and friends. Everyone who knew her knows she always had a smile on her face that could light up a room and was always the life of the party. Her smile and infectious laughter will be so dearly missed. Services will be held at Jefferson Memorial on Friday, February 19, 2021. Visitation will begin at 12:00 PM with funeral service beginning at 2:00PM. Pastor Chase Higginbotham is officiating. Flowers are welcome; contributions can be made in her honor to the American Stroke Foundation.
