Clayton Wilson

Clayton Chase Wilson passed away suddenly on Friday, July 2, 2021.  He was 26 years old.

Clayton had a passion for restoring/painting firearms and spent hours in his virtual world of video games.  If you knew Clayton, you knew when he was passionate about something he put his heart and soul into it.

Clayton was blessed with an exceptionally large family who loved and adored him.  He was preceded in death by his, Paternal Grandmother Caroline Kasper Wilson, Maternal Papaw Donald Jay Leonard, and Grandpa John David McEvoy.  Clayton is survived by his parents Daniel Shane Wilson, Candi McEvoy and Christopher McEvoy.  Sisters Addie Caroline Wilson, Chloe Bea Wilson and Laegan Handlee McEvoy. Grandparents: Mamaw Sandra Leonard, Grandma Maureen McEvoy, Grandpa Danny Wilson and Mamaw Kathy Gibson. Uncles & Aunts: Darren Leonard (Jay Patrick & Emma Rose Leonard), Timothy & Kim Wilson (Emily Kahle, Jacob and Sara Kate Wilson), Mark & Danielle Gray (Conner, Riley & Liam). Numerous great aunts and uncles and over 100 second cousins.

The celebration of life for Clayton Chase Wilson will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday, July 10, 2021, at Jefferson Memorial Funeral Home Chapel in Trussville, Al.

Memorial luncheon to be held at Arise Church immediately following the service and graveside prayer.
