Carolyn Allen

Carolyn Mitchell Allen passed away at her home Tuesday, June 8, 2021. Carolyn worked for many years in the Medical Field as a Charge Nurse. Carolyn is survived by her beloved husband, Charles “Chuck” Allen, her loving children, a daughter, Donnette Adcock Plant (Brian) two sons, David Adcock and LeWayne Allen (Kim). Four cherished grandchildren Alexander, Brianna, Dylan and Emily and two special girls who came into her life, Mallory Smith and Rebecca White, lots of nieces and nephews. The family will receive friends beginning at 9:00 am on Saturday, June 12, 2021 with a 10:00 am Chapel Service at Jefferson Memorial Funeral Home. Burial will be in Forest Crest Cemetery, Birmingham, Alabama.
