William Beavers

BEAVERS, WILLIAM LIVINGSTON

age 85n, of Birmingham, AL passed away on April 12, 2013. He was a graduate of Ensley High School and the University Of Alabama School Of Engineering. He retired from U.S. Steel after 37 years of service. He was a member of Chalkville Baptist Church for several years and was a Mason. He was an ex member of the Woodward County Club in Bessemer and was an avid golfer. William was preceded in death by his parents, William Earl and Mattie Neill Beavers; brothers, Sterling Neill, Robert "Josh" Neill and John "Jack" Neill; wife, JoEllen Park Beavers. He is survived by his children, Leslie Bruce and Robert Matthew Beavers (Quana); grandchildren: Jarrod Beavers, William "Adam" Beavers (Allie), Thomas Beavers and Kelly Bruce, and one great grandchild, Sterling Alexander Nix. A graveside service will be held at Jefferson Memorial Gardens East in Trussville on Tuesday, April 16, 2013 at 11:00 AM. Jefferson Memorial in Trussville directing.
