Don Lindsey

Don Lindsey left this world and went to his heavenly home on December 9, 2025. With a smile on his face, he had a great sense of humor and loved for others to laugh. He served 24 years in the military with combined service in the Army National Guard and Alabama Air National Guard. He was an active member of First Baptist Church of Pinson for 14 years. Mr. Lindsey was preceded in death by his parents Oscar Dennis Lindsey and Geneva Sue Smith Lindsey; brothers, Sterling, Nathan and sister Norma Jane Yount.

Mr. Lindsey is survived by his loving wife of 43 years Ruth Lindsey; daughter Amanda; son, Donnie and cherished granddaughter Ainslie; some nephews and a niece. The family would like to express their appreciation to Malinda at Southern Care New Beacon Hospice and other staff members for their care for him during his illness.

The honorary pallbearers will be all the men of the Fellowship Sunday School Class.
