Violet M. Ashworth, age 88, passed away on May 11, 2018. She is preceded in death by Henry M. Ashworth, her husband of over 30 years; parents, George and Alice Michaels; son, Henry Michael Ashworth and several brothers and sisters. She is survived by her daughter, Kathy Cooper; son, Larry Ashworth; grandchildren, Christy Kyle (Keith), Clark, Fletcher and Brad; great-grandchildren, Kirsten, Sophia, Jordan, Kennedy, Hunter, Cooper, Ryder and Cason. Visitation will be Monday May 14, 2018 from 9 am – 10 am with service following at 10 am at Jefferson Memorial in Trussville.
