Victor Schneider

Mr. Victor G. Schneider, age 88, of Trussville, AL, passed away on May 30, 2015. Mr. Schneider served in the US Navy and was a World War II veteran and a graduate of the University of Alabama. He was a member and a trustee of Wilson's Chapel United Methodist Church. He was employed with General Electric for over 30 years and was a loving husband and father. Mr. Schneider is survived by his wife of 61 years, Janice Howell Schneider; his daughter, Sheryl S. Weathington (Max); his sons, V.Scott Schneider (Elizabeth) and Stephen C. Schneider (Cathy); his grandchildren, Brigitte Ashley (Brian), Marilyn Burke (Michael), Jordan Schneider, Chandler Schneider, and Mallory Schneider; and his great grandchildren, Kyla Grace and Kinsley Burke, and Banks and Jackson Ashley. Funeral service will be held on Wednesday, June 3, 2015 at 11:00am at Wilson's Chapel United Methodist Church, with Rev. Alex Oberneder officiating. Interment will follow at Jefferson Memorial Gardens East. A visitation will begin one hour prior to the service. Jefferson Memorial Trussville is directing.
