Velma Franklin

Velma Lois Franklin, age 92, of Leeds passed away on March 17, 2017. Velma was preceded in death by her husband, Olan Lloyd Franklin; four brothers, Al Gann, Clarence Gann, Charles Gann and Lester Gann; two sisters, Louise Webb and Nell Newton; one granddaughter, Cindy Franklin Windom. She is survived by her three sons, Roger Franklin (Janette), Terry Franklin (Carol)and Ricky Franklin (Cathy); brothers, Robert Gann (Helen) and Carl Gann (Carla); grandchildren, April Glass (Glen), Robin Isbell (Barry), Lisa Falletta (Mark), Wendy Summers (Mike), Clay Franklin and Mary Wilson (Billy); fourteen great grandchildren and one great-great grandchild. Her funeral service will be held on Tuesday, March 21st at 2:00 p.m. at Jefferson Memorial Chapel. Visitation will be held two hours prior to the service.
