Tula Thornton

Tula "Tottie" Thornton, 86 a lifelong resident of Birmingham passed away on February 13, 2009. She was a member of Centerpoint First Baptist Church. Visitation will be held on Saturday, February 14 from 5 i�½" 7PM at Jefferson Memorial Funeral Home with Chapel services to be held on Sunday, February 15 at 2PM with Bro. Jacky Connell officiating and burial to follow in Jefferson Memorial Gardens East. She was preceded in death by her husband, William M. Thornton; grandchildren, Tammy Hale and Jimmy Henderson. Survivors include her daughters, Linda Lee Henderson and Debbie Asay; one sister, Margie Underwood; grandchildren, Heath Noble, Heather Asay and Susan Henderson; great grandchildren, Jeremy Hale, Patrick Henderson, Chrissy Henderson, Jonathan Henderson, Sarah Eloff, and Gabby Honeycutt; nine great great great grandchildren and numerous other family members.
