Thomas Ray Reagan, age 59 of Fultondale, AL, passed away Friday, March 15, 2013 at UAB Medical Center in Birmingham. A visitation will be held on Monday, March 18, 2013 from 1:00 pm until 2:00 pm at Jefferson Memorial Funeral Home in Trussville. Funeral service will follow at 2:00 pm in the funeral home's chapel. Burial will be in Jefferson Memorial Gardens East. Jefferson Memorial Trussville directing.
