Steven Brugge

Steven Carl Brugge, age 62 of Trussville, Alabama, passed away on June 12, 2016 surrounded by family. He graduated from Auburn's School of Engineering in 1976 and was a loyal Auburn fan. His happiest moments were spending time with his family. He is survived by his wife Joan Brugge, son Eric Brugge (Brandi), daughter Lauren Wells (Ryan), stepson Ryan Riebesell (Doherty), and stepdaughter Kerri Bennefield. He is also survived by his grandchildren Madeline, Lucy, Ford, Avery, Ella, and Emma. Other family members include his brother Greg Brugge(Kelly), nephews Will and Ben, and Kathryne Brugge. He was preceded in death by his parents Hubert and Logene Brugge. Visitation is Saturday, June 18th 10am-11am at Holy Infant of Prague Catholic Church in Trussville with a funeral mass following at 11 am. In lieu of flowers, a donation can be made to the American Cancer Society.
