Shirley Statham

Funeral Services for Mrs. Shirley Allen Statham, age 90 of Trussville, will be held on Friday, June 19, 2026 at 2:00 P.M. at Jefferson Memorial Funeral Home with Pastor Paul Brasher officiating. Burial will follow in the adjoining gardens.

Mrs. Shirley passed on June 12, 2026, after a brief illness. She was a member of Central Baptist Church.

She was preceded by in death by her husband, Kenneth Ray Statham; her mother, Thula Mae Ledbetter; her father, Arthur Lee Allen; three siblings; Arthur Lee Allen, Jr., William (Billy) Allen, and Mary Elizabeth (Elizabeth) Riley; her child: Bobby Ray Statham; her grandchild; Michael Owen Lawless, Jr.

She is survived by her daughters: Carol Sipes, Sheila Thompson, and Pam Lawless; grandchildren: Angela Hudson, Pat1icia Douthitt and Michelle Searcy; and six great grandchildren and four great-great grandchildren.

She was known for loving God and her steadfast belief in His Word, her kindness, her passion for life, and her potato salad. She will be dearly missed, and we know she is in the loving anns of God. She has left us with many memories that will replace our broken hearts.

Visitation will be held on Friday, June 19, 2026 from 1:00 P.M. until service time at 2:00 P.M. at Jefferson Memorial Funeral Home.
