Sharon Ann Blahous

With deep love and sorrow, we announce the passing of Sharon Ann Blahous at the age of 82, a beloved mother, grandmother, great grandmother, sister, and friend, who departed this life peacefully on October 19, 2025.

Sharon was born February 10, 1943, in Chicago, Illinois to Edna and James VonDrasek.

She Married her best friend and forever love James Blahous on September 19, 1964, and had two children James Blahous Jr. (Tonia) and Dorine Messer (Mike) that she adored and cherished with every thought her children always came first. Sharon was blessed with four incredible grandchildren Michael (Shenaaz), Rebecca, Matthew, and Gabrielle, who she lived every moment to share n their accomplishments and joys. The day she found out she would become a Great Grandmother was one of the happiest days of her life. Her little Mikey became such a moment of happiness for her.

Sharon loved family most of all, she looked forward to family dinners, trips to visit her only sister Nancy (Rogona) in Florida her special relationship with her cousin Michelle (Mika) in Illinois was a trip she looked forward to all year. And her best friend Linda (Brown) that always took time to visit and loved her.

Sharon had so many talents and gifts she was an incredible Bowler, and amazing crafter, she loved to cross stitch and sew, and making gifts for her family which we will forever treasure.

Sharons life was a blessing, her memory a treasure. She is loved beyond words and missed beyond measure.
