Scott Smith

Scott D. Smith, age 54 of Birmingham, AL passed on August 21, 2014. He is preceded in death by his parents, Linda Smith and Eugene Thomas Smith, Sr. He is survived by his wife, Nancy D. Smith; brothers, Eugene Thomas Smith, Jr. (Kathy), Michael Zane Smith (Tammy), and Mark Lynn Smith (Ruby). Visitation will be on Monday, August 25, 2014 from 5 to 7 PM at Jefferson Memorial Funeral Home. Services will be on Tuesday at 10:30 AM at Jefferson Memorial. Burial will follow at Jefferson Memorial Gardens East. Rev. Bill Smith will be officiating over the services. Jefferson Memorial Trussville directing.
