RUNYAN, GWEN FARRIS age 88, of Birmingham, AL passed away February 17, 2013. She is survived by her husband, James; daughter, Connie Crowe; son, Jim (Nancy) Runyan; three granddaughters, Wendy (Brett) Wiersma, Suzanne (Mike) Miller, Leigh (Mike) Hairston; seven great-grandchildren, and her brother, Buck (Bess) Farris. Graveside service will be held at 12:00 noon on Tuesday, February 19, 2013 at Jefferson Memorial East in Trussville. In lieu of flowers; please make all donations to Greater Birmingham Humane Society or to Sharon Pierce Memorial Fund.
