Ruth Dawson

Ruth Lowery Dawson, age 82, of Birmingham,AL passed away on Tuesday June 1,2010. She worked at Dale's Restaurant for many years and retired from Medical Center East. She is preceded in death by her loving husband, Larry Dawson. She is survived by her daughters, Debra Wilder (Jim) and Tracy Englebert (Steve); six grandchildren, Kristin Payne, Kasey Talley (William), Reeves Wilder (Jennifer), Nicholas Englebert, Beau and Brianna Burchfield; four great-grandchildren, Harrison, McKinnley, Ian, Kennedy-Rose; two sisters, Billie Baker, and Nancy Trull (Jim); brother, Thomas Lowery (Joan). A graveside service will be held on Thursday, June 3, 2010 at 11AM at The Abbey Mausoleum in Jefferson Memorial Gardens East. Visitation will be held from 10AM until 11AM on Thursday at Jefferson Memorial Funeral Home. Jefferson Memorial Trussville directing.
