Russell B. Williams, age 83, of Birmingham, passed away April 2, 2016. Chapel services will be Thursday, April 7 at 2pm with burial in Jefferson Memorial Gardens East. Visitation will be from 1pm until 2pm Thursday. He is survived by his wife Lillian Stiltner, daughters Gloria Robinson, Debbie Schneckenberger (Robert), Judy Cosper, brother John, sister Geneva Hamilton, several nieces and nephews. Memorials may be made to Glen Iris Baptist Church. Jefferson Memorial Trussville directing.
