Ronnie Tomlinson

Funeral Services for Mr. Ronnie Tomlinson, age 83 Odenville, will be held on Thursday, February 12, 2026 at 2:00 P.M. at Jefferson Memorial Funeral Home with Pastor Bill Wilkes officiating. Burial with Military Honors will follow in the adjoining gardens.

Ronnie passed away on Thursday, February 5, 2026 at UAB St. Vincents East Hospital. Born in Birmingham, he was a lifelong resident of Alabama. During his younger years, Ronnie proudly served in the United States Navy until he was honorably discharged. He was big into NASCAR racing and worked on Neil Bonnetts pit crew for several years. Ronnie worked at Blue Cross Blue Shield of Alabama for many years as well as Baptist Montclair as a Master Printer until they closed. He loved his family, spending time with his grandsons, fishing, watching football games and NASCAR races. Ronnie also loved eating at waffle house, taking trips to the beach with his wife and daughter and loved eating seafood. Ronnie was a member of North Park Baptist Church, a Bass Master member, but above all, a loving husband, father, grandfather, twin brother and friend that will be dearly missed.

He is survived by his daughter, Sandi Glenn (David), his grandsons, Joshua Glenn (Kayla), Jacob Glenn (Megan) and Joseph Glenn, his twin brother, Bob Tomlinson, his great-grandsons, Maddox Glenn and Noah Glenn, along with many nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Christine Ruby Tomlinson, and his parents, Edward Nixon Tomlinson and Arelene Floyd Tomlinson.

Visitation will be held on Thursday, February 12, 2026 from 1:00 P.M. until service time at 2:00 P.M. at Jefferson Memorial Funeral Home.
