Romona Hendrix

Ramona O. Hendrix, age 59 passed away unexpectedly Wednesday, January 19th, 2022 at UAB Hospital in Birmingham, AL. Mona was born in Birmingham on March 23, 1962 to Marjorie and Raymond Campbell. She worked for the City of Kimberly as an assistant clerk. Mona is survived by her loving daughters, Mandy Gallahan and Julie Vargas (Ed) her cherished grandchildren; Alyssa Gallahan, Brock Gallahan, Thomas Vargas, Felix Vargas, Sophia Vargas and her brother, Mark R. Campbell. Mona is preceded in death by her mother, Marjorie Moore Smith and her father, Raymond Campbell. There will be a Funeral Service 2:00 PM on Friday, January 28, 2022 in the Chapel of Jefferson Memorial Funeral Home in Trussville, AL., the family will receive friends beginning at 12:00 noon until 2:00 pm with burial at Jefferson Memorial Gardens Cemetery in Trussville, AL. Officiating will be Steve Johnson.
