Robert Glynn Pruitt of Birmingham, Alabama passed away on Tuesday, February 3, 2026 at 79 years of age. He is preceded in death by his parents, Glynn Pruitt and Mildred Helen Rantala Pruitt. He is survived by his wife of 57 years, Nina Sue Pruitt, his son, Christopher Glynn Pruitt, daughter, Misty Lynn Pruitt (Foster), brother, Ronald Wayne Pruitt, and sister, Judith Carol Pruitt. Robert grew up in Red Bay, Alabama and was a member of the First Baptist Church of Red Bay, Alabama. Visitation is TBD at Jefferson Memorial Funeral Home and Gardens in Trussville, Alabama, with the graveside service to follow at TBD. Floyd Richard Fennel will officiate.
