Richard D. Noel, 71 of Pinson passed away on February 22, 2010. Survivors include his wife, Linda Noel; three sons, Todd Noel, Dennis Noel and Kenny Noel; one daughter, Tina Short (Dwayne); his mother, Willodean Noel; one brother, Teddy Noel; grandchildren, Ricky, Cameron, Dustin, Lacey, Tristan and Jordan Short; Tiffany, Rebecca and Shelby Noel; Kelvin and Jennifer Noel ;Dean Noel; and one great grandson, Caleb Short. Visitation will be Wednesday from 5:00 - 7:00 PM at Jefferson Memorial Funeral Home. Chapel services will be held on Thursday at 2:00 PM at the funeral home with burial in Jefferson Memorial Gardens East. Jefferson Memorial Trussville directing.
