Jeff Parker

Randy Jefferson "Jeff" Parker, 45, beloved son of Randy and Joan Parker of Leeds, passed away on Saturday, April 15, 2023. Jeff was born on October 22, 1977, in Birmingham. He attended the old Cerebral Palsy Center in North Birmingham and later Springdale School in Tarrant. He lived at Partlow Developmental Center for many years. He attended Oakhill School in Tuscaloosa.

In addition to his parents, Jeff is survived by his brother, Andrew, his uncle, John Abbott (Deedee), cousins, Missy Holly (Phil), and Amanda Abbott. He is also survived by his aunt, Gail Frazier and a large extended family who loved him very much. Jeff was predeceased by his twin brother, Patrick, his grandparents Sevie and Evelyn Parker and Don and Velma Abbott, and by his aunt, Jean Lane.

The family would like to say a special thank you to all of Jeff's nurses who so lovingly cared for him. It is because of their wonderful care that he was able to live such a long and happy life.

A graveside service will be held at Jefferson Memorial Gardens in Trussville on April 21st, 2023 at 10:00 AM., officiated by Reverend Patrick Cullen. Memorials may be sent to Nazareth House, an Apostolate with persons having intellectual and developmental disabilities, 2 Xavier Circle, Birmingham, AL 35213.
