Paul Harbin

It is with great sadness that the family of Paul Alan Harbin of Trussville, Alabama announces he passed away Thursday, July 31, 2025 at the age of 67.

Paul was preceded in death by his parents, Paul V. and Elsie Marie Harbin along with his sisters, Wanda, Shirley and nephew, Chris. Along with his mother and father-in-law, Billy P. and Norma Holsombeck. He is survived by his wife of 41 years, Tammy Harbin, his sister Pat (Randy) Thrasher, sister-in-law, Terri (Jim) Caradine and many loved nieces and nephews, cousins and other extended family members.

Paul enjoyed fishing, playing the guitar, riding the motorcycle, eating Saturday breakfast with his best buddies. Crimson Tide football and attending church with many close friends at The Healing Place Church Trussville.

He was a journeyman electrician with iBEW Local 136 for years and later worked for the U.S. Steel until his retirement. He loved to laugh and tease and keep everyone on their toes, but would do anything for anyone. He will be greatly missed.

A service will be held Tuesday, August 5th at 12:00 PM for visitation with the funeral to follow at 2:00 PM. The burial will be Wednesday to include only the immediate family.
