Patti Ray Fuller Seibert, age 66, of Birmingham, passed away peacefully on February 13, 2026.
Born in Birmingham, Patti was the youngest of three daughters and made Birmingham her lifelong home. As a young adult, she and her widowed mother moved to Texas to care for her middle sister, Debra Ellis, during a time of declining health. After her sister’s passing, Patti and her mother returned to Alabama, settling in Trussville near her oldest sister, Wanda Wright, and her family.
Patti was a gifted athlete in her youth, participating in multiple sports and continuing her love of competition by playing adult softball. She had a deep and abiding love for animals, especially horses and dogs. For a time, she worked alongside a horse trainer in New Orleans, where she gained extensive knowledge in equine care, medical treatment, and training. She later devoted several years to working in a veterinary clinic, caring for small animals with the same compassion and dedication.
Her faith was evident to all who knew her. Patti consistently sought opportunities to serve others, living out her beliefs through generosity, kindness, and an unwavering desire to share God’s love. She had a special way of making people feel seen and valued.
Patti is survived by her sister, Wanda Wright (Buddy); her nephew, Hunter Wright (Amy) and great-nephews, Evan and Holden; and her niece, Summer Wright Stovash (Bob). She was preceded in death by her beloved son, Arthur Ray Seibert; her sister, Debra Ellis; and her parents, Arthur Ubon Fuller and Hilda Land Fuller.
She will be remembered for her kindness, steadfast love for family and friends, and her wonderful sense of humor. Patti’s laughter was contagious, and she had a remarkable gift for bringing joy to those around her.
A Celebration of Life will be held at Jefferson Memorial on February 27, 2026. Visitation will take place from 11:00 a.m. until 12:00 p.m., with the service immediately following at noon. Burial in the Love Garden will follow.
