Othar Thurston Alford, Jr. 70 of Trussville passed away February 28, 2010. Survivors include his wife, Mildred R. Alford of Trussville; son, Scott D. Alford (Jessica) of Trussville; one sister, Barbara Strickland of Washington DC; one granddaughter, Lily Kaden Alford of Trussville and numerous nieces and nephews. Visitation will be held on Saturday March 6 beginning at 11:00 AM at Jefferson Memorial Funeral Home with Chapel services beginning at 12:00PM. Burial will follow in Elmwood Cemetery. Jefferson Memorial Trussville directing.
