Norman Barber

Norman Barber, age 85, went to be with the Lord on May 20, 2019. He never met a stranger and he will be missed by all. He was preceded in death by his parents, Gilbert and Elsie Barber; his sister, Margaret Barber; brother, Stewart Barber; grandson, Phillip Scott Price-Williams; and son-in-law, William R. Bridges, M.D. He is survived by his wife, Brenda Goulding Barber; his children, Susan C. Barber Bridges, and son, Andrew Ralph Barber (Cathy); grandchildren, Gerrard Ryan Price-Williams (Mae), Nathan Murphree, Natalie Howard (Jon), Elizabeth Christine Bridges, James W. Bridges (Jody), Baylissa Bridges Harper (James), Virginia Bridges Harriss (Bo); great-grandchildren, Red Diamante, Gerrard Ryan Price-Williams, Jr., Isla Love Howard, Susie Bridges, Jimmy Bridges, Will Bridges, Jack Bridges, and Jake Harriss. A visiation will be held on Thursday, May 23 from 6-7pm at Church of the Highlands-Grant's Mill Campus. A Celebration of Life will follow the visitation Thursday night in the Chapel at Church of the Highland's.
