Norma Barr

Norma Brown Barr, loving devoted wife and mother who loved fishing and NASCAR, passed away January 28 at the age of 60. She had retired from NW St. Clair County Water System. She was preceded in death by her husband, Ronald Wayne Barr and her parents, Eulon and Mattie Brown. Survivors include her son, Bernie Barr; one sister, Brenda Click; two nieces, Marka Pennington and Leslie Click and a host of nieces, nephews, family and friends. Visitation will be held on Tuesday, February 1 beginning at 12:00 PM at Jefferson Memorial Funeral Home with Chapel services at 2:00 PM and burial to follow in Jefferson Memorial Gardens East.
