Nita Burnette

Nita Burnette, age 81, of Pinson, AL passed away on November 22, 2016. Nita was a native of Cullman County and a member of the Order of the Eastern Star #35. She was a member of Sharon Baptist Church. Nita was preceded in death by her husband, of 57 years, Wallis J. Burnette, Sr. She is survived by her son, Wallis J. Burnette, Jr. (Tammy), of Tyler, TX; daughter, Sabrina Price (Jeff), of Remlap, AL; granddaughters, Meredith Brasfield (Charles), Maggie Burns (Jeff), Melissa Hubauer (C.J.) and Tori Burnette; great granddaughter, Blair Brasfield and great grandson, Noah Burns. Her funeral will be held at Jefferson Memorial Chapel on Sunday, Nov. 27th at 2:00 p.m. with visitation held one hour prior. Burial will follow the chapel service at Jefferson Memorial Gardens. Reverend Cam Price is officiating.
