Michael Wayne O’Dell was born on February 17, 1956, in Altus, Oklahoma. After leaving Altus, he grew up in Center Point, where he met and fell in love with his beloved wife, Glenda, and they were together for 51 years. After they married, they moved to Moody, Alabama, in 2007. Michael was a devoted husband, a caring father to his two sons, Jonathan and Adam O’Dell, and a loving father-in-law to Cameron Wiggins. Michael was also a loving and devoted grandfather to Owen, Jordan O’Dell of Jonathan, and Joshua O’Dell of Adam and Cameron. His career as a hardworking electrician was long and fulfilling, and he took great pride in every step, always ensuring his family had what they needed. He passed away at the age of 70 in the early morning of October 27, 2026. He was preceded in death by his mother, Lynda, his father, John O’Dell, his sister, LaDonna, and his cherished aunt, Kay Smith, along with many other beloved family members. He will be deeply missed by all who knew him.
