Melinda Slocumb Wadsworth
June 11, 1957 — February 9, 2026
Melinda Slocumb Wadsworth, age 68, passed away on February 9, 2026. She retired from Odenville Elementary School. Melinda loved Alabama Football. She was preceded in death by her parents Donna and William Slocumb.
Mrs. Wadsworth is survived by her husband Scott Wadsworth; three children, Ryan L. Wadsworth, Matthew S. Wadsworth, Jacob W. Wadsworth; granddaughter, Kira Marie Wadsworth; brother William G. (Terri) Slocumb and her best friend in life Becky Caperton.
God blessed her with a loving family and many cherished friends.
The family would like to thank Michelle and all the lovely ladies at ACG Hospice.
