Mary Widick

Mary Evelyn Rochelle Widick of Trussville, AL passed away on April 19, 2015. She was born in Buffalo, TN on July 10, 1932 to Henry and Louise Rochelle. She was a member of Holy Infant of Prague Catholic Church. She graduated from St. Thomas School of Nursing in Nashville, TN then she practiced nursing at St. Vincent's hospital as a surgical nurse and a labor/delivery nurse. She is preceded in death by her parents, Henry and Louise Rochelle and her siblings, Ramona Rawlings, Mark Rochelle, and Ricky Rochelle. She is survived by her husband of 62 years, Richard E. Widick; children, Michael R. Widick, Sr. (Darlene), Karen W. Blanton, Gregory J. Widick (Rhonda), Stephen T. Widick (Joyce), Jeffrey F. Widick, and Brett J. Widick (Linde); siblings, Jimmy Rochelle (Louise) and Andy Rochelle; sister-in-law, Deborah Rochelle; 19 grandchildren and 11 great grandchildren. Visitation will be on Wednesday, April 22, 2015 from 5 to 7 PM at Jefferson Memorial Funeral Home. Services will be on Thursday at 11 AM at Holy Infant of Prague Catholic Church with burial following at Jefferson Memorial Gardens East. Father Bill Lucas will be officiating over the services.
