Mary E. Chastain became a new citizen in Heaven on October 29, 2017. She loves her new heavenly home. She is survived by her daughter, Nancy Dedman; 2 grandchildren; 6 great-grandchildren; 6 great-great-grandchildren; her sister, Sarah Fulmer; 3 nieces and 3 nephews. A graveside service will be held on Wednesday, Nov. 1, at 11am at Jefferson Memorial Gardens East.
