Funeral Services for Mrs. Dianne Tucker Burton, age 62 of Birmingham, will be held on Friday, May 1, 2026 at 2:00 P.M. at Jefferson Memorial Funeral Home with Bro. David Awtrey officiating. Burial will follow in the adjoining gardens.

Dianne Tucker Burton, age 62 of Birmingham, passed away peacefully on April 25, 2026.

Dianne was a loving and dedicated wife, mother, grandmother, daughter, sister, cousin, and friend to many. Dianne was a believer in her Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. Her faith shaped the life she led and her courageous battle with illness in the last few years was yet another testament to the strength of her spirit. She was known for her unwavering willingness to help anyone she could, her sharp intellect, wisdom beyond her years, a warm sense of humor, and her faithful commitment to family. Professionally she owned a small transportation logistics company for several years and later worked as an office manager for her son’s business. She helped in various other roles along the way but making time to serve her family became her top priority and driving purpose in life.

Dianne is survived by her husband of 46 years and best friend, Steve Burton; her precious daughter, Teresa (husband Robby) Olive and her beloved son Matthew (wife Angela) Burton. Dianne was blessed with five grandchildren that made her so proud; Addison, Avery, Mattox, Caselle, and Teagan. She is also survived by her mother, Barbara Tucker; two devoted sisters, Tammy Lawrence and Christi (husband Jimmy) Johnson along with numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and other family that she held so dearly. Dianne has left a profound impact through her encouragement of countless friends and acquaintances throughout her life’s journey.

Dianne was preceded in death by her father, William “Bill” Tucker; her father-in-law Richard Burton; her son, Stevie; and her grandson, William “Will” Olive.

The service will be officiated by Pastor David Awtrey of The First Baptist Church of Pinson.

Visitation will be held on Friday, May 1, 2026 from 12:30 P.M. until service time at 2:00 P.M. at Jefferson Memorial Funeral Home.
