Marvin Moye

Marvin Parker Moye of Birmingham, Alabama, passed away Saturday, March 26, 2022, peacefully at his home. He served four years as a Private First Class in the United States Marine Corps. He loved being outside hunting and fishing, watching Alabama Football, and spending time with his grandkids and great grandkids. He is proceeded in death by his wife, Shirley Ann Butler Moye; brothers, Tommy and Jerry Moye; and sister, Linda Moye Piety. He is survived by his children, Cindy Moye Alexander (Joel), Todd Moye (Joy); granddaughter, Sarah Parker Alexander; and great grandchildren, Gracie Lynn and Dakota Rose Alexander; along with numerous nieces and nephews who love and miss him dearly. Funeral service will be held on Wednesday, March 30, at 12:00 pm at Jefferson Memorial in Trussville. A visitation will be held one hour prior to the service.
