Margaret Jean Panos Johnson

Margaret Jean Panos Johnson, age 74, of Birmingham passed away on October 18, 2014. She was a dedicated homemaker and member of Mountain Brook Community Church. She is preceded in death by her father, Jimmie Panos; mother, Margaret Lantrip and her son, Richard Johnson. She is survived by her loving husband of 55 years, Urban Johnson; her daughters, Christi Johnson Kallam (Tim) and Jill Johnson Crowe (Mike); siblings: Carol Nell Panos Holmes (Alan), Mary Elizabeth Panos Clark (Glenn) and Roy Gibson Lantrip III (Barbara); She also leaves behind seven grandchildren: Richard Tyler Johnson (Heather), Lindsay Kay Johnson Anderson (Nick), Benjamin James Kallan, Katie Lynn Kallam, Chase Turner Johnson, Rebekah Lauren Crowe and Abigail Christine Crowe. Five great-grandchildren. Visitation will be held Monday, October 20, 2014 at 1:00pm with a funeral service to follow at 2:00pm at Jefferson Memorial Funeral Home. Officiating is Reverend Tim Kallam. Burial will immediately follow at Jefferson Memorial Gardens East in Trussville.
