Lyn Karen Hunter, age 61, of Birmingham, passed away October 7, 2014. She was a beautician for 30 years, enjoyed writing children's stories and poems but most of all enjoyed time with her family. A memorial service will be held on Saturday, Oct 11, at noon with visitation from 11am until 12pm. She is survived by her mother Ethel Lee McGinnis, siblings Teresa Davis Sage, Gene "Neal" Glover, Kim Derington-Tillman, and 4 nephews. Jefferson Memorial Trussville directing.
