Loren Hicks, Sr

Loren L. Hicks, Sr., age 87, of Trussville, Al passed away on May 13, 2017. He served 8 years in the US Navy before being honorably discharged. He was the proud owner of Metro Transmission for over 50 years. Mr. Hicks was a devoted member of Central Baptist Church. He was preceded in death by his parents and numerous siblings. He is survived by two sons, Loren L. Hicks, Jr. (Norma) and Jamie Hicks; one grandson, Joshua and numerous nieces and nephews. Funeral service will be held 11:00 a.m. on Wednesday, May 17th at Central Baptist Church. The visitation will be held one hour prior. Burial at Jefferson Memorial Gardens.
