Lester Tucker

Lester Earl Tucker, Sr., 87 of Orange Beach, AL passed away on May 6, 2011. Mr. Tucker was retired from the US Postal Service, a US Army Veteran of WWII and member of First Baptist Church, Orange Beach. He was preceded in death by his first wife, Eloise Jordan Tucker and their son, Lester E. Tucker, Jr.; his second wife, Ruth McGuire Tucker; and one brother, Robert Tucker. Survivors include his daughter Susan Tucker Hornsby (Bobby); one sister, Peggy Tucker Ziegler; grandchildren, Amanda H Catrett, Matthew J Hornsby, Tucker J Hornsby, and Abigail Grace Hornsby. Visitation will be held on Sunday, May 8 from 5:00 - 7:00 PM at Jefferson Memorial Funeral Home. Chapel services will be on Monday, May 9 at 10:00 AM with burial to follow in Jefferson Memorial Gardens East. Jefferson Memorial Trussville directing.
