Leon Lumpkin

Leon B. Lumpkin, age 86 of Birmingham, AL passed away on June 13, 2014. He was a Mason and a retired member of the Teamster Union. He worked with Roadway Express Trucking Co. He loved being around people. He is preceded in death by his wife, Silvey Lumpkin. He is survived by his son, Michael Lumpkin; sisters, Jo Muskett and Wanda Wilbanks; brothers, John Durwood Lumpkin and Jimmy Lumpkin. Services will be on Monday, June 16, 2014 at 12:00 PM at Jefferson Memorial Funeral Home. Visitation will be an hour prior to services. Burial will follow at Jefferson Memorial Gardens East. Roger Williams will be officiating over the services. Jefferson Memorial Trussville directing.
