Larry McDonald, age 62, of Birmingham, AL passed away on July 4, 2009. He is retired with 34 years of service with the Birmingham Police Department, and was currently working as a Baliff for Jefferson County family court. He is survived by his wife Kathryn McDonald; daughters, Kerri Warren (Josh) and Kimberly McDonald; 3 grandchildren, Sarah, Katie, and Abbie; 3 brothers, Lynn McDonald, Russell McDonald and Rick McDonald. Services will be held on Wednesday July 8, 2009 at 10:00AM at Jefferson Memorial Chapel. Burial will follow at Jefferson Memorial Gardens East Visitation will be on Tuesday July 7, 2009 from 5:00PM until 7:00PM at Jefferson Memorial Funeral Home. Jefferson Memorial Trussville directing.
