Kelly Sherrill

Kelly Johnson Sherrill, age 50, of Birmingham, AL passed away on November 2, 2019. She graduated from Pelham High School in 1987. She graduated from Johnson and Wales University in 1997 and was currently attending Jeff State. Kelly’s hobbies included making handmade jewelry and photography. She was a free spirit and was always up for a road trip. Kelly was preceded in death by her mother, Wanda Sue Sublett. She is survived by her father, David J. Johnson (Carol) and step-father, Don Sublett (LaCon); her children, Taylor Sherrill and Alex Sherrill; siblings, Karis Gillespie (Rick), Chad Johnson (Melissa), Chris Johnson (Kathryn) and Brandon Sublett (Jennifer); a step-sister, Heather Joe (Chris) and numerous nieces and nephews. A funeral service for Kelly will be held at Jefferson Memorial Funeral Home Chapel on Wednesday, November 6th at 2:00 p.m. Visitation will be held one hour prior to the service. Burial will follow the chapel service at Jefferson Memorial’s adjoining cemetery. Reverend Paul Hillard is officiating.
