Kathleen Traywick

Kathleen Doss Traywick, age 95, of Gulf Shores, AL passed away on May 7, 2016. Kathleen was a former resident of Gardendale, AL and was a member of Gardendale First Baptist Church. She graduated from Mortimer Jordan High School. She had a very deep love for her family and she also loved Sacred Harp Music. Kathleen was preceded in death by her husband, Cecil L. Traywick; seven brothers and sisters. She is survived by her daughter, Deborah Wright; son, George H. Traywick (Denise); sisters, Bill Roberts and Dolores Wilks (Kenny); grandchildren: Michael L. Wright (Belva), John E. Wright, Justin Traywick and Kaitlyn Traywick; two great grandchildren, Zachary Wright and Abby Wright; numerous nieces and nephews. Funeral service will be held at 4:00 p.m. on Thursday, May 12th at Jefferson Memorial Chapel in Trussville with visitation held one hour prior. Burial will follow at Jefferson Memorial Gardens East. Pastor Bill Farris is officiating.
