Juila B. Parker, age 91 of Shelby County passed away on January 29, 2023. She was a member of Tarrant First Baptist Church. She is preceded in death by her husband, James H. Parker, her mother, Elmer Brown and multiple brothers and sisters. She is survived by her daughter, Linda Parker as well as nieces and nephews.
